Wicklow GAA Strategic Vision & Action Plan

In line with the initiative taken by the Wicklow GAA to put to-gether a nine year plan for the county, each club have been invited to produce a Development Plan, the target for 2012 would be ten clubs. Ashford GAA Club under the directorship of Vice Chairperson Pat Doyle will undertake to design a plan of action with targets for implementation. One of the recommendations from the Wicklow GAA Strategic & Action Plan that I would like to see implemented: That a Fixtures Plan for all Adult Games be implemented with an agreed minimum number of games per year for each grade, this action is the responsibility of the CCC and Clubs, to be completed in 2012 and reviewed annually.
