Where Are You Now
Ashford GAA Club under the directorship of Vice Chairperson Pat Doyle is undertaking to design a plan of action with targets for implementation over the next five years. At the last meeting it was proposed that we examine the possibility of locating past and present players who have left the club for one reason or another. At training this week Philip Doyle mentioned the big age gap between the young players playing and his age. Philip is on the Intermediate Football Panel and is getting better with age. Philip was wondering where this generation of player has gone.
I would like to hear from you if you are in this age gap, if you are still living in the parish, if you now live outside the parish, if you have immigrated, please send me an email on your whereabouts, how you are surviving to-day and what of the future.
